Kathryn Natale brings a people-first approach to her role as Manager, People & Business Operations at PBGH. With a background spanning government contracting, nonprofit arts, and mission-driven organizations, she’s known for designing thoughtful, human-centered HR practices that empower teams to do their best work.
At PBGH, she leads internal operations and culture initiatives with a focus on clarity, connection, and cohesion. Whether she’s building equitable systems, supporting performance and growth, or nurturing a sense of community in a remote environment, her goal is simple: to make work feel a little more human.
Before joining PBGH, Kathryn served as the face of HR at a tech-enabled government contractor, helping expand operations across the U.S., U.K., and Canada. Her career began in nonprofit arts management, where she fell in love with mission-driven work and collaborating across diverse teams.
Driven by the belief that HR should be both strategic and full of heart, Kathryn brings a mix of warmth, wit, and operational savvy to everything she does. Whether it’s performance frameworks or team-building playlists, she brings energy and heart to every aspect of the employee experience.
