Ryan Helmes

As the Member Value Coordinator, Ryan will support the Member Value team’s programs, events, communications, and initiatives, ensuring the team has the support they need to enhance member relations and engagement. Ryan comes to us after having served as a Community Engagement Manager supporting public health initiatives across Volusia and Seminole counties in Florida. In this role, Ryan coordinated community coalitions and partnerships, developed and implemented engagement strategies, supported youth prevention programs, and worked alongside schools, health organizations, local governments, and community partners to advance population health initiatives.

His experience includes program and event coordination, stakeholder engagement, communications, data reporting, and building partnerships across diverse organizations and communities. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of West Florida. His professional interests include community and member engagement, health promotion, healthcare access, and developing collaborative approaches to improving health outcomes.
