Meredith Roberts

As Senior Director of Strategic Projects, Meredith Roberts drives PBGH’s priority initiatives by providing the cross-functional leadership and operational systems necessary to translate high-level strategies into collaborative, measurable results.

Meredith brings over 15 years of healthcare leadership dedicated to driving systemic outcomes and institutional transformation. Most recently, as Executive Director at Comagine Health, she led multi-state teams in developing the governance and data infrastructures essential for modern health system evolution.

Her expertise resides at the intersection of strategy and execution, spanning program design, stakeholder coordination, and health policy. Meredith has successfully directed high-impact initiatives in total cost of care and All-Payer Claims Databases, guiding teams through the complexities of delivery reform and organizational change.

Meredith’s career began in benefits management for a self-insured employer, followed by an administrative fellowship at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute during the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. She holds a BS in Psychology from Wesleyan University and an MS in Health Policy & Management from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Based in Portland, Oregon, she remains deeply connected to her community as a board member for Project Access NOW.
