Melissa Henry

As Project Operations Manager for PBGH’s California Quality Collaborative, Melissa supports the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives that advance healthcare quality and transform care delivery across California. She brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, implementation, patient and community engagement, and stakeholder collaboration.

Prior to joining PBGH, Melissa spent more than a decade at the American Institutes for Research, where they led healthcare initiatives focused on quality improvement, health system transformation, and meaningful patient and community engagement. Their work included partnering with healthcare organizations, community groups, and research teams to develop and implement strategies that support better care and outcomes.

Melissa holds a Master of Public Policy from George Washington University. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, powerlifting, and exploring the Bay Area with her wife and dog.
