Kayley Delashmit

As Manager, Member Engagement & Programs, Kayley supports employer and public purchaser engagement through strategic events, communications, and programs designed to advance high-value health care purchasing.

Prior to joining PBGH, Kayley served as Director of Well-being Strategy & Member Services at the Gateway Business Health Coalition. In this role, Kayley managed relationships with more than 70 employer members and health care partners, led member engagement initiatives, oversaw grants focused on workforce health and well-being, and managed the coalition’s Pharmacy Management Initiative, supporting 46 employers representing more than 300,000 covered lives nationwide.

Kayley earned a Master of Public Health from Saint Louis University, with a concentration in Maternal and Child Health and a certificate in Quality Improvement and Performance Excellence. Additional credentials include a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Nursing Studies from Fontbonne University.
