Kathryn Natale

Kathryn Natale serves as Manager, People and Business Operations at the Purchaser Business Group on Health (PBGH), where she leads the organization’s human resources function and internal operations strategy. She is building the HR function from the ground up—establishing a foundation of operational excellence to enhance the employee experience and align people practices with organizational strategy. She partners closely with leadership to support the organization’s continued growth and mission impact.

Kathryn brings over a decade of experience across human resources, operations, and nonprofit arts management. With a background rooted in the arts, her path to HR has been shaped by creativity, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive and purpose-driven workplaces. She applies this people-centered approach to build strong foundations that foster belonging and drive organizational performance.

Prior to joining PBGH, Kathryn served as the Human Resources Business Partner at Research Innovations, Inc. (RII), where she supported the company’s growth from a U.S.-based government contractor to a global employer. At RII, she was recognized for cultivating employee engagement and cross-functional trust through strategic and scalable people programs.

Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts from Longwood University and a Master of Arts in Arts Management from George Mason University.
