Andrew Helms

Andrew Helms is the Chief Financial Officer of Teachers Health Trust, a self-funded nonprofit health plan serving educators and school district employees in Southern Nevada. He brings more than a decade of executive financial leadership experience, with expertise in healthcare finance, employee benefits, governance, and strategic planning. Andrew is a United States Marine Corps veteran who is passionate about transformational leadership, organizational excellence, and improving access to high-quality, affordable healthcare. As a PBGH Board member, he brings a purchaser’s perspective on controlling health care costs while preserving quality of care for the populations he serves.
