Overview

PBGH’s Annual Summit brings together nearly 150 of the country’s top employer, public purchaser, and business leaders for a half-day event featuring national keynote speakers and actionable panels to discuss ambitious goals centered on advancing quality, driving affordability and fostering equity in health care. Through the annual award process and evening reception, PBGH also recognizes innovative employers and public purchasers that are reimagining the status quo to achieve their health care and benefits moonshots.

Dean Hovey

CEO, Hovey LLC | Co-Founder, IDEO

Dean Hovey is a Silicon Valley entrepreneur, innovator, and executive with more than 40 years of experience building companies and bringing new ideas to market. As a co-founder of IDEO, he led the team that designed Apple’s original computer mouse and has since worked across healthcare, wellness, technology, venture capital, and product development. Today, he advises healthcare and wellness organizations through Hovey LLC.
