Nancy Jester serves as a Senior Manager on the Walmart US Benefits Team, based in Bentonville, Arkansas, where she is responsible for the physical and mental wellbeing benefits design and administration for both US and Puerto Rico-based associates and their respective families.

Nancy has been with Walmart for 23 years and has a vast experience across the benefits spectrum. She is primarily responsible for Walmart’s robust family building and women’s health initiatives, including adoption and surrogacy benefits. Nancy strives to improve access and quality of care for the one million plus Walmart associates.

Nancy serves as a member on the Business Group on Health Evidence-Based Benefit Design Committee and is a member of an advisory panel with The Leapfrog Group focused on diagnostic excellence. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from Purdue University Global.
